Please take the time to read through these fitting guidelines.
Locking wheel nut / bolt fitting
Remove one wheel nut/bolt from the wheel
By hand place the key onto the head of the wheel lock ensuring it is located correctly.
Now install into the wheel and tighten to the manufacturer's recommended torque settings. Rotate the wheel to make sure there is no fowling on the bolts.
CAUTION DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN OR USE AIR TOOLS.
Repeat steps 1-4 to complete installation on the other wheels.
re-check the torque on the wheel nuts/bolts after 100 miles.
Wheel nut / bolt fitting
Please follow the same guidelines used for fitting locking wheel nuts / bolts, ensuring the fastenings are tightened to the correct torque settings and are re-checked after 100 miles.
Spigot ring fitting
Place the wheel face down on a surface that will not damage the face of the wheel. The back of the wheel should now be facing upwards.
Press the spigot ring into the centre bore of the wheel making sure that the widest side of the ring is at the top. Do not use excesive force as this will damage both the spigot and the wheel.
